We can be reached via email, direct postal mail or by phone. Customer service representatives are available to answer questions and take orders by phone Monday - Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. Email questions will be responded to with in 48 hours. Email and phone orders placed before 1:00 pm EST will be shipped the following day. Please understand that each of these hand painted pails are individual and custom. Personalized pails are made to order and may take an additional day to fulfill depending on the season.

Please plan to allow extra shipping time for pails ordered during the holiday season. i.e. To receive holiday orders via Priority mail by December 25th, orders must be placed by December 19th.
